System & Network Maintenance Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and networking devices. Ensure LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and wireless access points function smoothly. Perform regular system updates, upgrades, and security patches. 2. User Support & Troubleshooting Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues. Handle login issues, email setup, printer problems, and classroom tech needs. Maintain uptime and performance of all end-user systems. 3. Software Management Install and manage educational software, antivirus tools, and licensing. Monitor system software performance and troubleshoot application-related issues. 4. Security & Data Protection Monitor network security and firewall rules. Implement backup procedures and data recovery processes. Ensure antivirus, endpoint protection, and user access control policies are in place. 5. Asset & Inventory Management Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets. Track repairs, upgrades, and warranty details of all IT equipment. 6. Website, Email & Server Support Coordinate with vendors for school website and email system management. Monitor cloud platforms or internal servers used for student data or e-learning portals. Assist with online exam setup, ERP, CCTV, or biometric systems if applicable. 7. Documentation & Reporting Maintain logs of system issues, upgrades, licenses, and user requests. Prepare IT-related reports for audits or school leadership.
